Custom domain stopped working for me

I setup and was using the custom domain for different rooms. Now I do not have access to this feature any longer.

Hi @bmurph, your account is activated with Tier 1 plan which doesn’t support custom domain. Not sure how it was working earlier for you? by any chance do you have multiple licenses?

Nope. But we were using it with a custom domain – that’s why we kept Heybase. Not sure what happened !

It’s a serious problem for businesses!

This was partly why we stayed on. I am sharing a screenshot of one of our projects with the custom domain. Now there’s a new tier and we don’t have access?

Hi @Fred_Lai, Custom domains are working fine I just checked your account I can see no domain is attached. Are you facing any issues while adding a domain?

Hey @Fred_Lai, As I can check you’re trying to add primary domain, Heybase only supports “Sub-domain”, please try to add subdomain of your choice (e.g. portal.andgreens.com) in “Heybase Settings > Domain”
