There is no response from any support email or from any channel, not even AppSumo can get hold of them, so guys, I think we’re sitting with an issue here. We paid hard earned cash for a scam - not sure how long this will stay up but I can’t use it anyway because it is full of bugs. they have other products online that they also abandoned.
Hey @Douw_Jordaan , totally get your concern. We had a temporary support gap, but the team’s back on it. It’s not a scam — we’re fixing bugs and replying to all pending tickets. We’ll also be much more active on this forum going forward.
