Hi, when I click rooms it says they don’t exist.
Please help. Your system is very unstable lately. Custom domain stopped working, getting logged out every several minutes, crashes all the times, you stopped providing service at all. What’s going on?
Hi @User0124, We are undergoing database migration that’s why application is unreliable and throwing such errors.
Was told this would be complete a couple of days ago! Plz how much longer approximately, plz be honest?? Thanks
Apologies for getting back late. We were rolling out new version of Heybase and our entire infrastructure was under maintenance due to it. Everything is fine now and you should not experience any more issues.
