I am unable to invite users to Heybase. I enter name and email address and submit and nothing happens.

@Anthony88 Please check if you already have those users added to your account, possibly in an inactive state. If not, verify if the email address is already associated with another Heybase account.
Ah, yes, this is the issue. User has a Heybase Account already. How do we get around this? deactivate Old account?
@Anthony88 Can you please send us a delete account request from that email address to support@heybase.io?
This shouldn’t happen, especially with no message - when is this going to be fixed?
