I am unable to change the status of a user (that I have entered twice), nor can I add any user to a room. Can you please help? thank you
Thank you, I was unable to add a user to a room, so I tried to make inactive (which failed), so I tried to re-add with the same email .(also failed), then I tried to add with a new email (which also failed). Can you please help 1) To remove all users called laura in my account. Can you also assist in why I am unable to successfully add new users & share a room (or template).
